Testing and assessment hourly rate billed at $200 per hour
Full Educational Evaluation – $3,000
- A diagnostic evaluation consists of cognitive and academic testing, social and behavioral assessment, and teacher and parent input. Special attention will be paid to what schools can do to help your child be successful at school. Includes parent/child feedback and written report.
Cognitive or Academic Assessment for Gifted Program Admission – $400
- This evaluation consists of eligibility testing for gifted programs. Either a cognitive or academic battery will be administered, and a short report and score chart will be provided which can be shared with a school district by parents. Additional assessment time can be scheduled for $200 per hour.
- Targeted Evaluation – hourly rate $200 per hour
- Evaluation of specific cognitive domains or academic areas is available at the hourly rate of $200 per hour. Hourly charge will include assessment, report writing, and feedback meeting.
Growth is important to me. I am supervised by both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. My evaluations are read and co-signed by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
